Most trainers wouldn't understand that.  They would sit you down and talk to you about "commitment to the program", wondering why you're seemingly healthy one day and sick the next.

I get it, I've been there.  I know it's not a question of your motivation or commitment.  I understand that sometimes you'd rather work out at home than go to the gym, or skip a day altogether.

The truth is, like me, you're probably less much less concerned with six packs and bugling biceps.  Getting through the day with a little extra energy would be a win for you!  And hey, if you get a six pack along the way...

I know how hard it can be.  I understand the weight chronic illness can bring. So my focus is your functional health.  I want to see you live your life as healthy, happy, and free as you can.

To support you in this, I use a unique combination of life coaching and online fitness programming. (If you'd prefer just one or the other, we can do that too!)

Online fitness programming is designed to give you direction and motivation toward your goals.  Using information you provide, we will create a personalized program tailored to fit your needs and goals.  With an online system of videos, descriptions and workouts, everything you need to succeed will be at your finger tips.

Combining the two creates a powerhouse of motivation and direction which ultimately leads to success.

  • All of our programming and coaching is over the internet or on the phone, which means you don't have to set up your schedule around a trainer in a gym.  Workout whenever you want, wherever you want! 

  • Online workout programs specifically for your goals which gives you the direction and guidance you need to succeed!  Don't spend hours blundering about in the gym.  Know exactly what to do and when to do it!

  • Online coaching is much more affordable than hiring a trainer in the gym multiple days a week.  Besides, is that trainer a professional life coach as well? 

  • Our goal is your long-term success.  We want to create habits, not shortcuts.
