What could go right

What could go right

“Don’t think about what might go wrong, think about what could go right”

Today I was 100% determined about one thing. To be consistently positive.

It didn’t matter if I didn’t get anything done the rest of the day. If I was positive, it was a success! And I can proudly say I was.

There’s alot of things in my life right now that are dragging me down. What I’ve realized however is that looking at anything negatively is entirely useless. It’s a complete waste of energy. Secondly, it can tear you up physically.

There’s a direct connection with how we think and how we feel. Feed your body enough negativity for a long enough time and you will see a physical result, whether it be something minor, like a cold, or something more serious, like Crohn’s Disease. No, it’s not the sole cause, but it’s certainly a factor, and a much bigger one than most realize!

Interestingly, most people think they are positive! I know I did. It’s only been recently that I’ve realized how false that was, and how much I needed to work on it.

If I could get everyone with Crohn’s Disease to change one thing, it would be how they thought. And the first thing I would tell them is to start thinking more positively, one thought at a time.
